A complete facade renovation to the existing
outdated hotel which requires freshness and
contemporary feel to it. The design intention
is to propose a slightly different Novotel
aesthetics to what is normally expected.
The design concept arranges the building
into two parts; the podium and the tower,
both of which receive different elevational
treatment giving each part different character,
yet complimenting through colour tone and
materials.

The renovation also includes drop off area,
full height glass fins to lobby and Ballroom,
projecting infinity pool and rooftop bar.
